A message from the manager of Parking Services

On behalf of the dedicated and professional employees of Parking Services, welcome to the University of Georgia Parking Services new web site. This site has been designed to provide you, our valuable customer, with important information about our parking and service programs. We consider your feedback to be the most important information in our organization. Please use the feedback tab on this site and let us know what you think about our site, services, and programs. It is our goal to respond to 100% of our customers who contact us.

Current Announcements

Parking Registration is open

Loading and Unloading? Any valid UGA permit holder may call Parking Services at (706-542-PARK) for a 30 minute approval to load and unload large items that cannot be transported using campus transit.

If your permit expires on 5/10/08 and you would like to extend it through the summer, please bring your current permit to the Parking office.

Construction: Tate Center lot (N-11) is closing on May 12th and the new deck will open on August 18th.
All summer permits will be issued over the counter in the Parking office

Maymester permits will be available beginning May 12th in the Parking office for the following locations:
E06, N12, S16, and W10.

Ramsey permits will be valid in the E04 deck for the upcoming year

We will be using new hand-free AVI Technology to automatically open entry gates in the North Deck, Carlton Deck and E01 lot.

Will Call for ALL student permits this year - Faculty/Staff permits will still be mailed.

E05, E06, E13, E14

West Campus:
W14

North Campus:
N01, N12

South Campus:
S22, S23, S24

(Please note these lots are open for summer permits ONLY)

Intersession Parking

Intersession Parking will be in effect during times of the year that bus service is reduced. The intersession lots are:

N02-Oconee Gravel lot
W06-Legion Pool area
S15-Carlton Street Deck
E04-East Deck

A valid UGA permit is required to utilize these lots; however, the permit can be for any other lot on the UGA Campus.

Next Intersession:
May 7 - June 4, 2008

ATP passes are allowed to park in the intersession lots/decks without usage charge.

Football Announcements

2008 Football Season Parking Permits will open for sale in July 2008 in designated on-campus parking decks.

Specific parking deck locations will be determined at a later date.

Please note: No football parking permits will be sold prior to July 2008 and sales will be on a first-come/first-serve basis.

You will receive email notification as soon as the official opening date of the website has been established.
