What are the best times to host events on campus?
Answer: When planning events, it is best to plan them
for times when students will not be on campus, such as fall breaks, spring breaks,
etc.
When should I call Parking Services about my event?
Answer: Call at least 2 weeks prior to your event, this
allows time to secure the resources needed to have a successful event.
How can Parking Services help with my event?
Answer: Assist departments with all parking needs; provide
necessary resources to include parking attendants to ensure a smooth transition
for your guest. Assist in setting up pre-event parking and directions around campus.
How do I notify Parking Services of my event?
Answer: Go to Parking Services web page and fill out
the Parking Special Event Form and submit it
online. You will be contacted by the Special Events Coordinator.
Will there definitely be parking for my event?
Answer: Unfortunately, there is not always enough parking
on campus to provide for large events. It is best to check with Parking Services
in the early preparations phase to ensure your event can be accommodated.
