What is My Parking Account?

Answer: My Parking Account is a secured account that allows you to manage your parking account. Logging into the site will give you access to parking and service information. You will be able to make changes to your account online and have access to tools that will help you customize your account.

How do I set up my account?

Answer: Access the My Parking Account tab and enter your My ID login and password in the required fields. This is the same information used to access UGAMail email and the MyUGA portal.
(For example, if your email address is park@uga.edu, your UGA MyID would be park. If you are not sure about your MyID please visit myid.uga.edu).

How do I use my account?

Answer: Login and follow the prompts to set up or update personal data, from there, you can manage your account.

What can I do with My Parking Account?

Answer: You have the ability to edit your contact information, purchase permit, add/delete vehicle(s), view waitlist, view permit assignments, appeal/pay citations, and register for the Alternative Transportation Program (ATP).

How does the waitlist work?

Answer: An applicant’s position on the wait list is determined by the ranking of their lot score. The applicant’s lot score is compared to everyone else who chooses that lot and their order accordingly from lowest to highest. The lowest lot score is first in line for the next available space.

How can I change my selections on the waitlist?

Answer: Any updates to your waitlist can be done in the Manage Account section online of your My Parking Account at www.parking.uga.edu or in person at the Parking Services Office.

What if I don't get any of my choices?

Answer: You will remain on the waitlist for your selected lots for 90 days. You may change your lot selections at any time; check the Available Lots area on our web site for lot availability.

How do I change the vehicle listed in my account?

Answer: Any updates to your vehicle and/or license plate can be done in the Manage Account section of your My Parking Account at www.parking.uga.edu or in person at the Parking Services Office. If you sell your vehicle, please notify Parking Services of this change immediately.
